How we handle your documents

• We never train AI models on your contracts.
• Documents are processed in memory and automatically expire after 24 hours.
• We do not store, share, or sell your contract data.
• Review results are cached for 24 hours so you can share a link with your team or lawyer. After that, they are automatically removed.
• You can delete your review data at any time via the API. No need to wait for expiration.

AI providers

We use Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, and DeepSeek to process contracts. All three providers do not train on API calls. Your documents are never used to improve their models.

Data storage

We use Vercel KV (Upstash Redis) for temporary caching with a 24-hour TTL. All data is encrypted at rest and automatically expires after 24 hours. We do not maintain permanent copies of any uploaded document.
